Day 3
Today I'm so grateful for my warm toasty blanket. My heart just aches for all those starving, homeless and struggling people out there. I think I was born with the mother T. gene because I just constantly have these desires to help people and it started a young age I'm told. It almost feels like a natural part of life like breathing, it really is hard to explain and it's kinda annoying having to hear " you're to nice, you smile too much" or people making a big fuss over the things I do. I don't feel like I'm being nice I'm just being . . . Anywho no picture for you today because I'm snug in bed under covers, and so so blessed.

Day 2
Ok today I'm very grateful for my amazing job! I have been working for G.E. for about 4 years now and I love, love, love it! Best part I get to work from home. My hubby gets to work from home too as a designer but he also works for an Engineering firm and is a full time student, so it's nice to have some flexibility with our hectic lifestyles by not having to commute or deal with daycare oh and I honestly do work in my pjs. I think it's kind of adorable how different our working environments are. Mine is a tiny little computer given to me by my employer and my husband has these two massive monitors and basically a super computer because he is well a geek. Until tomorrow.

Project Life Day 1
Happy New year! So my ridiculously awesome husband bought me a rebel for Christmas so I'm going to learn how to be a photographer. My dad was a photographer--one of the many many secret talents he has, and my brother also is a videographer so hopefully like my good looks it's a matter of genetics and I don't have to work at it--I'm just teasing. So for the new year I've decided to take a picture a day and blog or write about it. Don't laugh I can do this. I think I will for good measure include a gratitude journal as well. So let's get started!
GRATITUDE--this day I'm so grateful for my little man Benjamin. To be honest I never really wanted to have a boy I was perfectly happy with a house full of girls, but from the moment of the first sonogram where our very proud little fellow flashed Tim the family jewels than gave him the thumbs up {the tech thought it was the most precious thing she had ever seen so she took several pictures of that hilarious moment} I have been so madly in love with my ball of pure energy.
This picture was taken as we rushed out the door to church--one of the few Sundays we were on time, oh did I mention we now go to chuch at 1:00 p.m. instead of 9:00 a.m. What I find so adorable is I was wearing a silver skirt and my husband without me asking cordinated his tie and our sons vest to match me--lol yep I'm one of those crazy moms that likes to color cordinate outfits. I just thought it was adorable that my hubby picks up on my tiny little quirks, no matter how creepy they may be.
See that wasn't to bad 1 day down only 364 days to go.

Early Christmas Present
So on Monday Tim bought me a suburban for an early Christmas present. I love love my new monster of a car, who would of thought a tiny little girl and her little red geo would some day be a mother of 4 driving such a behemoth, but here I am with my giant black sub. It wasn't that great of a deal but it fits our family, we paid cash--ugh being in debt is the worst!!, and it went to help a single mom, so I love it even more. I know Tim probably wanted to wait and get something with a lot more bells and whistles, but being the stud that he is bought me what ever I wanted. I love you SANTA.

You are my SONshine
I know as a mother you are not suppose to have favorites, but I can help to just love my darling son. He just turned a year old and couldn't be any more perfect if he tried. He slept through the night at 3 months, he loves to hug and snuggle, your heart melts in his oasis blue eyes, and just for giggles and kicks, and because poopy diapers stink a day after his birthday I put him on the toilet and vola he has been saving me the trouble of diaper duty for a few weeks now. I know the last part sounds a bit weird and gross, and way to much information but life is messy so deal with it. I love you Big B.
Schools Out!!!
I am so happy to say that my annoying alarm clock will we collecting dust for the next few months because school is OUT. yeah. I don't know how I survived this semmester it was brutal I'm not going to lie.
